Senior Account Manager
As a Senior Account Manager at iunxi you are the center of our commercial team. You will have responsibility for a fixed number of clients while actively seeking new collaborations.
You know the IT Infrastructure and security market and advise customers on the technical solution that meets their needs and requirements. You are energized by independence and taking initiative is in your DNA – you initiate, research and take action.
You are an experienced professional in commercial teams. As a committed and inspiring conversation partner, you understand the market and the different types of customers and colleagues. Your communication skills focus on good listening, you dare to take a stand to stand for something, and you know how to persuade by putting what is best for the client in a factual way.
You will also use your seniority to lead the commercial team and give substance to the further professionalization of our commercial way-of-working.
What will you do?
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, understanding needs and providing customized solutions;
- Bring in new clients by using your expertise and persuasive skills;
- Create a commercial plan of action to enter the market to generate recurring revenue;
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a positive customer experience;
- Provide input from the market for further product development;
- Play an important role in our growing organization and contribute to our success story.
Your knowledge and experience
- At least 5 years work experience in a similar commercial role within IT B2B, preferably in around complex network infrastructures and cybersecurity;
- You are a real networker, have a network of (potential) customers that you bring with you.
- HBO+ working and thinking level
- Good verbal and written command of the Dutch and English languages.
About our commercial team
The sales department is responsible for the commercial successes of the organization. Sales Support and Account Managers work together to translate the customer’s desire into an offer. In addition, you will work a lot with the projects department. Due to our growing customer base and ambitious goals, a sales support associate is joining our team.
